Is Resting Burrito Face the same as JMAS Breakfast Burritos?
Yes! We are a 100% locally owned and family-operated Nashville business. We took over JMAS in April 2024 and officially rebranded to Resting Burrito Face in August 2025. You get the exact same recipes and signature Sonoran-style breakfast burritos, just with a name that fits the vibe better.
What makes a Sonoran-style breakfast burrito different?
It is all about the tortilla. Sonoran-style tortillas are thin, flaky, and made with flour, originating from northern Mexico. They are softer and lighter than a standard flour tortilla, making them the perfect foundation to hold our massive, hand-rolled breakfast burritos without falling apart.
Where are your Nashville food trucks located?
We operate two walk-up food trucks in Nashville every morning. Our East Nashville trailer is located at 1200 Porter Rd (tucked behind Tabla Rasa Toys). Our Germantown trailer — formerly our Wedgewood-Houston truck — is at 311 Madison St (sharing a lot with Melty Boy's Ice Cream).
Do you serve vegan or vegetarian breakfast burritos?
Absolutely. For a fully vegan breakfast, try "The Imposter," made with Nashville's own Be-Hive vegan chipotle chorizo, tots, and beans (no eggs or dairy). We also serve several loaded vegetarian options, like the Gnome and the Greenwood.
Can I order online to skip the line?
Yes. You can order ahead online for pickup at either our East Nashville or Germantown locations. Just select your preferred food truck at checkout, and we will have your breakfast ready when you pull up.
Do you offer breakfast burrito catering in Nashville?
